Hello and welcome to the June edition of the TADLOP newsletter. Another successful show has come and gone, and it is time to move on to the next show 'The Pirates of Penzance'.

Our new President is Mike Law, who has been associated with TADLOP for many years. We would like to welcome him into the role, and wish him well on his recent illness.

Rehearsals

The first rehearsal was held on Sunday 15^th June, at Hadley and was attended by quite a few new members, which was good to see. Welcome to all of you. We learned a little about the characters and sang, a few of the numbers to give us an insight into the show, for those of us who are new to 'Pirates'.

Annika Dixon has kindly set up a new e-mail: TADLOP@hotmail.co.uk She has offered to man this and pass on any information to the committee, so please use this for any questions you may have. Thanks Annika!

Eve Cooper Award

Eve's husband has kindly offered to present an annual award, in memory of Eve. We would like suggestions please on what would be the best option for the award, how we would decide on the winner, and at what time of year it should be received.
