Your 2026/27 Committee

The TADLOP Committee oversees the decisions that keep the society afloat. Elections take place at the AGM and all TADLOP members are entitled to vote for their representatives.

The committee for 2026/27 are looking forward to working together to ensure security in TADLOPs future to see us through another fabulous fifty years!

Rich Kee

Chairperson

The Chairperson is the head of committee and ensures everything is kept in line with the constitution. The Chair keeps the committee on track to meet their annual aims by overseeing all committee duties.

Vice Chair

The Vice Chair is there to support the production team of the current production ensuring deadlines are met and the show schedule is kept on track.

Katie Kinnon

Marketing Manager

The marketing manager is responsible for the TADLOP brand, promoting the charity as a whole and their upcoming events. The marketing manager is responsible for the creative side of promotion such as maintaining the social media channels and creating show programmes and artwork.

Kitty Walkden

Publicity Manager

The role of publicity manager is to find outreach opportunities for the charity such as organising radio interviews, press releases, photoshoots, and other events that can help build the reputation of the TADLOP brand and keep our name well known.

Aggie Johnstone

Business Manager

The business manager is essential for ensuring we have a rehearsal venue and a stage to perform on. They also ensure license rights for shows are applied for in a timely manner so we can bring the best shows to Telford. Anything that needs hiring has to go through the business manager first!

Sarah Brown

Minutes Secretary

The minutes secretary is responsible for ensuring accurate records of all meetings are kept and can be made available to anyone who requires them.

George Price

Treasurer

The treasurer is essential for the sustainable running of TADLOP and keeping all financial records up to date. The treasurer advises the show's production team on budgets to keep costs low and maximise profits.

Amy Jones

Membership Secretary

The membership secretary is the first point of contact between non-committee members and the committee. They oversee the recruitment and applications of new members ensuring TADLOP can facilitate every applicants needs as best as possible. They are likely the first person you will meet at our new member's workshops.

Health and Safety Officer

The health and safety officer identifies and manages risks in rehearsals and during performances at the theatre to ensure the safety of our members, property, and the public.

Emma Batham

Ticket Secretary

The role of ticket secretary is important for liaising with the theatre to ensure our performances are selling well, and manages ticket orders from our members. The ticket secretary needs good enthusiasm and creativity to encourage ticket sale pushes so our members get the biggest audiences possible.

Charis Virgo

Secretary

The secretary is the first point of communication for most queries inside and outside of TADLOP. They are also responsible for organising the AGM.

Danny Clayton

General Member

The general member is there to provide a listening ear to our members and raise any issues they may have at committee meetings, ensuring all decisions made are in the best interests of our members.

Sue Pointon

President

Sue has been a member of TADLOP for such a long time that she is now an honorary life member! She has performed on stage and has stood on production teams for TADLOP as well as organising the local community musicals in Wellington each year. As president she is our representative at formal events, and presides over committee meetings to impart her experienced insight and knowledge. She is also a friendly face at rehearsals, and a listening ear should anyone need one.
